Using Viewalytic means you agree to this.
Viewalytic is for testing YouTube thumbnails and short intro clips before you publish. Other people on the site rate them, and after a study is approved we write an AI note on the same packages. Study distribution prioritizes raters' selected interests to simulate how YouTube tests content with different audiences on Home, but it's not a strict match every time. They pick the one they'd tap, score a thumbnail or intro, and say why. The AI note is not a rater score. It shows up on the study when it's ready.
You need an account. Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on it. You have to be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree to this for you. Buying passes is for people 18 or older.
Tickets and passes are how you use Viewalytic. They are not money, a gift card, or a payment method. They only work here. You can't transfer them, sell them, or cash them out.
Thumbnails, intro clips, and titles you add are yours. You give us permission to show them on Viewalytic so people can rate them and so you can see results. Intro clips are trimmed to the first 10 seconds. After a study is approved, we send those uploads to OpenAI to write the AI note. For intro hook, that includes stills from the clip and the spoken audio so it can be transcribed. For vs competition, the YouTube search-result thumbnails go too. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use. Don't upload spam, malware, or adult sexual content. We run automated checks on uploads and titles. If something looks off, it waits for review or we take it down. YouTube search-result thumbnails we pull for vs-competition tests stay as they are. Those belong to their owners.
Rate honestly. Don't game results, spam ratings, or coordinate fake votes. When you rate, you can leave an optional comment for the creator. We can throw out ratings, comments, and tickets we think are fake.
Don't break the law. Don't harass people. Don't scrape the site. Don't try to break into accounts or our systems. Don't bulk-copy other people's work.
We can suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we have to for legal reasons, or if we shut the service down. Email contact@viewalytic.com if you want yours closed.
The service is provided as-is. Results are other people's opinions, not a promise about YouTube performance. An AI note is a first look, not a rater score, and not a promise about YouTube either. We're not liable for lost views, lost revenue, or anything else beyond what the law requires, and not for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. If you haven't paid us, that amount is zero.
We can change the service and these terms. We'll update the date at the top. If you keep using Viewalytic after a change, the new terms apply.
These terms follow the laws of the United States. If a court has to get involved, it will be in the United States.
