What we collect, why, and who sees it.
We collect what we need to run your account and the tests.
To run the service. Accounts, studies, ratings, tickets and passes, review of uploads, AI notes on approved studies, and keeping the site working. We'll email you if we need to reach you about your account.
Other people on Viewalytic see studies in the rating queue: your thumbnails or intro clips, titles if you turned that on, and your username if you turned that on. Study distribution prioritizes each rater's selected interests to simulate how YouTube tests content with different audiences on Home, but it's not a strict match every time. They don't see your email. On vs-competition studies, they don't know which thumbnail is yours. Comments on a study are visible to the creator (and to admins). After a study is approved, we send the packages to OpenAI so it can write a note. For intro hook, we also send the spoken audio so OpenAI can transcribe it, then the stills and that speech. We use Supabase to store data and handle sign-in. Stripe processes card payments. OpenAI has its own privacy policy for what it receives. We may share information if the law requires it, or with someone who helps us run the service under a contract that keeps it confidential.
Stripe processes the card when you buy passes. We get that you paid, and which pack, not your full card number. Stripe has its own privacy policy for payment data.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for ads. We don't run extra analytics tools on the site right now.
As long as your account is open, and a bit after if we need records for tickets, passes, abuse, or the law. Email contact@viewalytic.com if you want your account deleted.
You can change study settings, delete a study (that does not refund tickets or passes), and sign out. Email contact@viewalytic.com to correct your email, get a copy of your data, or delete your account.
You can ask what we have, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We don't sell or share it. Email contact@viewalytic.com.

Viewalytic is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data. If we learn we did, we'll delete it.
