You test YouTube thumbnails and intros here before you publish. Other people rate them, and you get AI analysis on the same packages so you can compare both.
Right now, Viewalytic is for long-form YouTube videos only. Short-form videos and platforms such as TikTok and Instagram aren't supported yet, but they may be added in the future.
Not yet. Use it in the browser for now.
For thumbnails, no. Test the image even before you've made the video. Intro hook is the exception: you upload a clip and we keep the first few seconds.
Tickets are free — you earn 1 per rating. If a creator marks your comment helpful, you earn 1 additional ticket. Passes are bought with real money. Either one pays for a study; 10 tickets always equal 1 pass.
No. Earn tickets by rating instead. Buying is there if you'd rather skip that.
Open Add passes from the dashboard or Profile. Pay with a card through Stripe. Passes show up after the charge goes through.
Open Profile, then Transactions. Card buys and refunds are there. Rating and other balance moves aren't listed.
Open Profile, then Transactions. On a purchase, tap Receipt. Stripe opens the card receipt.
Each study gets real people ratings and AI analysis. A/B test: 2 to 4 of your thumbnails. Vs competition: yours next to 3 real search-result thumbnails. Rate my thumbnail: one thumbnail, scored 1 to 5 on clarity, curiosity, visual punch, and trust. Intro hook: a video clip trimmed to the first 10 seconds, scored 1 to 5 on stay likelihood, audio quality, and video quality. More types of tests will be added.
YouTube’s A/B test happens after a video exists and relies on real YouTube impressions. Viewalytic is a pre-publish test: you can compare 2 to 4 thumbnails before the video is live, see how your packaging stacks up against real competitors, get plain-English feedback from people about what they’d click, and AI analysis on the same set. It’s a faster way to test thumbnail quality before the algorithm starts judging your video.
You can keep 4 studies. Only 2 can sit in the rating queue at once. Adding another permanent slot of either kind is 20 tickets (or 2 passes).
It's a 3× boost so your study shows up more often. Paying with tickets, boost costs 2× the normal ticket price. Paying with passes, every study is boosted automatically at no extra cost.
No. The study, ratings, comments, and uploads go away. Whatever you spent stays spent.
Other people on Viewalytic. Study distribution prioritizes each rater's selected interests to simulate how YouTube tests content with different audiences on Home, but it's not a strict match every time. On vs competition, they don't know which thumbnail is yours.
Only if you turn that on. Titles are optional on every study type.
Titles and what you upload go through automated checks. You'll see Checking on the dashboard until that finishes. Tap Refresh if you want to look again. If it looks like spam or adult content, the study waits for review instead of going into the queue. YouTube search results are left as they are.
Open the study from your dashboard. You'll get picks, reasons, scores, and comments from people, plus AI analysis of the same packages.
Yes, when they rate — guests included. Comments are optional. On your study, mark one helpful to give that rater 1 additional ticket, or not helpful to remove it with no ticket.
After a study is approved, Viewalytic writes an analysis of your packaging: which option it would click, what's working, and what to watch. Compare that with what real people pick. It isn't your rater score, and it doesn't cost tickets or passes. It shows up on the study page when it's ready.
No. The AI analysis is a first look at the same packages. Real people still pick, score, and say why. Use both.
