Pass packs are one-time purchases in US dollars. This is how refunds work.
Tickets you earn by rating aren't purchases. There's nothing to refund there.
Packs are priced in US dollars and charged once, not as a subscription. Passes post to your account after payment. Bought passes aren't refundable except where the law requires it. They aren't cash. If we refund a payment, we take those passes back. If you've already spent some, we may refund only the unused part, or refuse the refund if the passes are gone. If a charge fails, you don't get the passes. If we grant passes by mistake, we can reverse them.
Deleting a study does not give tickets or passes back. The study, ratings, and uploads go away. Tickets and passes stay spent.
If you dispute a charge with your bank, we can pause the account and pull back those passes while that's open. Email us first if something looks wrong.
